END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
Copyright and Licencing Information. COPYRIGHT MATERIAL
The Contents (“Contents”) including, pdf files and data files contained within the Contents/bundle/packs via DVD, CD, or download are proprietary and
copyrighted. All contents such as 3D models, models design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads are the property
of XPOLYGONTM. Re-distribution of the Contents without prior written consent by XPOLYGONTM is prohibited.
This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license agreement between you and XPOLYGONTM. Please read this agreement carefully before using the
product. By using any part of the Contents, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Professional Licence
Part I: Interpretation
1. In the terms and conditions, if not inconsistent with the context:
Content/Contents refers to X1, X2, thumbnails, images, model design and 3D Model/Object
Royalty Free refers to multiple uses free of royalties
User refers to the person or authorized agent of the company that purchases a license to use the Content(s).
XPOLYGONTM is the trademarked product and the intellectual property of Liquidworks Ltd, XPOLYGONTM can also refer to Liquidworks Ltd
Part II: Standard conditions
2. The Contents are licensed on a ‘per user’ basis for personal and commercial purposes only. Studios and companies with more than one user will
need to purchase licenses for each individual User. The Contents are provided Royalty Free.
3. The User may modify, adjust the models/objects provided in the Contents to fit his/her own requirements in the production environment for personal
and commercial purposes, by render or by animation (2D).
4. The User MUST NOT resell, redistribute, lease, share, incorporate into a product or give away the models of the Content or transfer any part of the
Contents in full or in part, either for free or for personal and commercial profit.
5. The User MUST NOT reproduce, reconstruct, modify or duplicate the Contents either in full or in part for the purpose of distribution or re-sale.
6. The User is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from using the Contents with or within a production involving unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, libelous,
immoral purpose, exploitation and promotion of any illegal affairs or that infringes upon any third party copyright and other intellectual property.
7. The User is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from using/providing any of the objects/models from the Contents or derivatives from or based on the Contents,
or attempt to copy or direct copy the models design in full or in part from the Contents in order to sell his/her own 3D models/Nurnies collection. The
models must be unique and distinct.
8. XPOLYGONTM expressly disclaims any warranty for the Contents. The Contents are provided ‘as is’ without any warranty of any kind.
9. XPLOYGONTM reserves the right to alter, permanently or temporarily, modify or delete without prior notice.
10. The models packs (Contents) specified in these conditions may not be suitable for companies or individuals who provides service by selling models
or create using assets for other customers.

studios and companies with more than one user.
2. The User/Company may modify, adjust the models/objects provided in the Contents to fit his/her own requirements in the production environment for personal
and commercial purposes, by render or by animation (2D).

Additional conditions for Business and Enterprise License
10. Two (2) types of commercial licenses to suit different business needs.
10a. Business Licence
i. The Business Licence applies to:
· individual customers, or
· employees in a company with fewer than twenty(20) employees.
ii. The Business Licence no longer applies to a company that exceeds twenty(20) employees, the company need to purchase Enterprise Licence.
iii. The Business License is suitable for small studio businesses and allows a shared distribution of the product within the company and its departments.
(If User wish to distribute the Contents to any sub-contractor or freelancer, please purchase Enterprise Licence.)
10b. Enterprise Licence
i. The Enterprise Licence applies to:
· individual customers, or
· employees in a company with more than twenty(20) employees.
ii. The Enterprise Licence no longer applies to a company that exceeds fifty(50) employees.
iii. The Enterprise License is suitable for larger compaines. Its allows distribution of the product within the Company departments, and permits the User to
distribute the Contents to any sub-contractor or freelancer the company employs. However, it is understood that the product (Content) or models used (modified
or unmodified) remains the sole property of the Company and the sub-contractor or freelancer must only use the product for work in relation to employment.
11. If the User company has more than fifty(50) employees and wish to use the licenced Contents, the user may contact us to negotiate a special price for
additional licences.
12. Business Licences and Enterprise Licences only permit the users to use the Contents within the User company. The User company will remain to be the
owner of the licence. If employees of the User company wished to use the Content (models) outside the company, he/she must purchase their own individual
license.
